Like when someone scold you very harshly with loud voice to make you do something or to make you stop doing something.

(1) 마패 (mapae) / horse badge. 

마패 is a badge carried by government officials in the past that allow them to travel long distance. When officials wanted to travel, they just show the 마패 and could borrow a horse. 

(2) 잘 빠진 갓 쓰고 (jal ppajin gat sseugo) / well dressed, dressed up to the nines.

Dress up perfectly and high class

(3) 작두 위를 걷는 나그네 (jakdu wireul geotneun nageune)

작두 위를 걷 : walking on top of the blade

나그네 : traveler, wanderer

(4) 얼씨구 지화자 (eolssigu jihwaja) /  horrayy ! yippeee!

old traditional sayings that Koreans used to say to get energized whether it’s during work or a celebration.

(5) 떡 하나만 주면, 안 잡아먹지 (tteok hanaman jumyeon , an jabameokji)

means "If you give me a rice cake , then I won't eat you"

A phrase from korean folktale "The sun and the moon". When the mother met a tiger, the tiger said 'If you give me a rice cake , then I won't eat you", so the mother gave the rice cake to the tiger.
